Refund Policy

At Gilded Halo, each piece is created in small batches with intention. Because of the nature of our products, we keep our return policy clear and structured.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Pop-up purchases
  • Limited release items
  • Handcrafted or custom pieces (including originals)
  • Final sale collections
  • Discounted items

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement if inventory allows.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Gilded Halo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Gilded Halo is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Address Changes
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us promptly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns about your order, we ask that you contact us first at team@thegildedhalo so we can resolve the issue directly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in your account being restricted from future purchases.

We actively document shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and product condition prior to dispatch for fraud prevention purposes.
